Refund Policy
For Bouquets:
100% ADVANCE PAYMENT, Delivery will be done via doorstep / dispatch as chosen by the customer. No balance payment scheme is available for the bouquets as items being sent are fragile and delivery status cannot be ascertained unless our trained professional accompanies the parcel. A part refund or discount can only be provided in the case of a glaring error on our part like decolouration or deflation or shape change or design change or late services provided, however any such case will be determined on order to order basis depending on the error or inconvenience caused. However, there will not be any scope of negotiation more than 20% of the initial value or order placed.
For Event orders:
50% ADVANCE PAYMENT, Delivery will be done to doorstep on site. Balance 50% payment is to be done on spot, the moment our team is done with setting up the décor. There will be no refunds, discounts or scope for negotiations post our professional leaves the venue. A part refund or discount can only be provided in the case of a glaring error on our part like decolouration or deflation or shape change or design change or late services provided, however any such case will be determined on order to order basis depending on the error or inconvenience caused. However, there will not be any scope of negotiation more than 20% of the initial value or order placed.
