Important Information
- The size of balloons inflated may begin to reduce steadily 3-4 hours post inflation.
- The balloons may oxidise as well, oxidation is a process through which the top layer of the balloons reacts with air, moisture & oxygen, that causes the balloons to lose their inherent shine. Although some customers may prefer the Matt look, oxidation is a natural process, accelerated by direct wind/sunlight & we cannot help it. Thus, we suggest you to get an event setup or a bouquet delivery done as close to the event as possible.
- Once a delivery is made or an event decor is completed, post our staff leaving the venue, we will not be liable for any damage caused to the setup. As these are delicate & perishable items, we cannot assume the responsibility of events that do not occur in our presence. No replacement/refund/discount will be offered for any incident caused after delivery is completed. You can read our terms of service / FAQ section carefully for more information!
- The colour of balloons may defer due to lighting, monitor & brightness. Our balloon bouquets as well as event setups are handcrafted, thus cannot be identical to the references shared. Replacements as to materials or any alterations may be made at our service providers discretion to achieve the best final look!
- Helium latex balloons last 6-8 hours after inflation whereas helium foil balloons last 18-24 hours after inflation. Inflation is done at source at our service centre.
DELIVERY DETAILS:
This service can be delivered at short notice as well. It is eligible for 24 hour prior notice too. A professional executive from our end will contact you post the booking confirmation is made on our webiste and will confirm all details such as design, shape & colour of balloons with you. Post which, on the date of the event, our Balloon Artist will decorate your venue prior to the event during the respective time slot chosen!
